These genealogy records cover several distinct family lines, so they are presented in separate groupings.  As a general reference, the main name groups are:

• The 15th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War: unit history, rosters, biography, reenactment and Capt. Charles H. WATSON.

• HARNWELL of East Anglia Fens, England, and anywhere in the world.

• OXFORD of Scotland, New Brunswick, Canada, Maine, Michigan and Washington DC; along with BERRY of DC and MD.

• PURCHASE of Dorset, England and Long Island; along with WATTS, SWENSON, and COCHRAN of Texas.

• RELPH and RALPH of Cumberland, England and New York; along with SYMINGTON, STOFFELS, and many Shenandoah Valley families. 

Please do not take any of this information as gospel.  Revisit the source documents and make sure you agree with my conclusions.  The sources for some of this would stand up in any court.  Other bits and pieces are pure guestimates.
