Will of Roe Haviland of North Hempstead, L. I., dated June 18, 1840, proven in Queens Co., April 5, 1844, makes bequests to his grandsons, George W. Haviland, Caleb Haviland and William Haviland, infant sons of his daughter Mary (Bloodgood) Haviland and of Roe Haviland, Jr.;
Bloodgood H. Cutter, son of his said daughter Mary (Bloodgood) Haviland, whose first husband was Richard Cutter, formerly of Flushing, L. I., now deceased;
Richard Haviland Cutter and John Cutter, Susannah Cutter (now wife of John Purchase of Flushing, butcher), Mary Haviland, Julia Haviland, all children of said daughter Mary (Bloodgood Haviland);
to his son William Haviland, b. of Catharine Wright, at present widow of Jonathan Wright of Flushing,
makes a bequest to Roe Haviland, Jr. (widower of Mary Bloodgood Haviland), on condition that he does not marry Precilla Thurston.

Roe Haviland, the above testator, d. March 1, 1844, leaving him surviving no widow, leaving him surviving the following heirs and next of kin:
