2d lieut. William R. Steele of Worcester, to be 1st lieut., Octiber 28, 1862, vice, Jorgenson
2d lieut. Charles M. Batchelder of Grafton, to be 1st lieut., January 3d,1863, vise Storer, discharged.
2d lieut. Frederick Bullard, of Brookfield, to be 1st lieut., January 8, 1863, vice Howe, promoted captain.
2d lieut. Pliny M. George, of Webster, to be 1st lieut., January 22, 1863, vice Bradley, promoted.
2d lieut. Henry G. Bigelow, of Paxton, to be 1st lieut.,[ January 27, 1863, vice Russell promoted.
Sergeant James May of Fitchburg, to be 2d lieut., October 28, 1862, vice [Charles] Frazier, declined promotion.
Sergeant Henry G. Dudley of Grafton, to be 2d lieut., January 3, 1863, vice Batchelder, promoted.
