New Commissions

The following commissions have been issued by order of the governor on Saturday last:---

Fifteenth Regiment.---First lieutenant Hans Peter Jorgenson of Leominster, to be captain, October 28, 1862, vice Studley, discharged.

Second lieutenant John S. Hall of Worcester, to be first lieutenant, October 28, 1862, vice Jorgenson, promoted.

Sergeant Major Henry J. Bigelow, to be second lieutenant, October 28, 1862, vice Hall, promoted.

First lieutenant Albert Prince of Oxford, to be captain, Nov. 14, 1862, vice Joslin, promoted Major.

Second lieutenant Samuel J. Fletcher of Northbridge, to be first lieutenant, Nov. 14, 1862, vice prince, promoted.

First sergeant Elisha E. Buss of Clinton, to be second lieutenant, Nov. 14, 1862 vice Fletcher, promoted first lieutenant.

Second lieutenant George W. Bolster of Uxbridge to be first lieutenant, Nov. 7, 1862, vice Vassal, discharged.

First sergeant C. M. Murray of Worcester to be second lieutenant,, November 7, 1862 vice Bolster, promoted.

Second lieutenant Charles W. Stevens of Leominster to be first lieutenant, Nov. 21, 1862, vice Taft, discharged.

First sergeant A. Everett Brown of Leominster to be second lieutenant, Nov. 21, 1862, vice Stevens, promoted.

First lieutenant Church Howe of Worcester to be captain, January 8, 1863, vice Bartlett, discharged.
