Raymond, who died from the effects of a wound received in the battle of Gettysburg, July 2, 1863, would return thanks to the Masonic Lodge of Webster, for the sympathy they have hitherto expressed for his family, and the assistance and pecuniary aid they have rendered them in the disinterment and removal of his remains from that bloody field, where he sacrificed his life, to his home and friends. |
